You’ll get to learn something quickly when working with the team at Monsta; we’re a little bit different. Not like a pause to scratch your head different, but different in the way we handle our business. It’s our level of innovation in finding solutions to satisfy the needs of our clients, our focus on customer service and dedication to the job that enable us to excel in our competitive industry. Our company and it's team is built on this stuff. It’s how we got to where we are and it’s how we will continue to excel into the future.
Like many successful businesses, Monsta Cranes started out by the simple recognition of a need. Company Director Paul ‘Cookie’ Cook had a vision to provide a service that wasn’t previously available in the NT and the desire to build a company on the foundations of not just meeting customer needs, but exceeding their expectations.
At this time, Cookie purchased the first 25ft Franna in the NT and continues to operate as the industry leader, recently purchasing the world’s largest rough terrain crane The Grove RT9150E, the first of its type in Australia. The Monsta Fleet is now the most comprehensive rough terrain company in the Northern Territory.
We Can Do Anything
We can do anything. This is the motto instilled in our team, and it enshrines our approach to finding solutions to any challenge we are given. We are firm believers that company culture begins at the top. It’s Cookie’s fun-natured passion for everything he does that has defined our company culture and is reflected through our love and passion for everything we do.
The Monsta Team is diverse; to say the least. We have a core team of senior crane operators and riggers who pass their years of knowledge and experience onto our enthusiastic group of next generation trainees. Cookie proactively supports and contributes to the professional development of each and every employee, passing on his years of knowledge and passion for what he does.
